One night, on a summer weekend, we decided to venture off into Yaletown, located in Vancouver’s downtown. Yaletown is most known for its high-end restaurants, which are nestled on two blocks of the downtown area, Hamilton Street and Mainland Street.
There, you will find many extravagant restaurants and bars that include The Flying Pig, Brix and Mortar, Blue Water Cafe, and many more.
We decided to step our way into Earls Restaurant. A well-known restaurant to all, with many locations throughout North America.
It was the perfect choice for a night like this. A slightly less formal and casual setting. The type of restaurant was what we had in mind for food and drinks. We did not have to worry about being overly dressed for this casual occasion.
Apparently, we had ordered the most out of all the people that were dining at Earls that night, which made me laugh a little inside.
We had an order of the Steak Frites, a Margherita Pizza, and the Spinach Dip with toasted bread sticks on the side, along with Sangria, for our drinks.
All the dishes completely satisfied our taste buds to the limit. The atmosphere was also very relaxing. What better way to have enjoyed a night than at Earls Restaurants.
